Terms and Conditions – pkr666 Online Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and pkr666 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the pkr666 website, mobile application and any related gaming or betting services made available to players based in Pakistan.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guide, both of which form part of your overall agreement with pkr666. Where any individual promotion or bonus has its own specific terms, those apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and use a pkr666 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr666 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit any use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of another individual are not permitted.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkr666 login credentials — including your password, PIN and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available for all accounts at no cost.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Do not use the same password for pkr666 that you use for other services.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

pkr666 will never ask for your full password via live chat, email or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from pkr666 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until the point that you notify pkr666 of a security breach and the account is suspended. pkr666 is not liable for losses that result from a failure to maintain the security of your own account.

4. Deposits

All deposits on pkr666 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply any platform-side fee on standard deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. pkr666 does not add any platform-side fee to withdrawals. Any charges that appear are from the payment provider at their standard rates.

• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within a few hours for standard amounts under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account settings at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are only processed after your account identity verification is complete. This is a one-time requirement and does not apply to every withdrawal once verified.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, the relevant wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Real-money deposits that have not been associated with a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.

General bonus terms that apply across all offers:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion terms before they can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• pkr666 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus hunting through multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors.
• Bets placed at minimum odds below the threshold stated in each promotion do not count towards wagering requirements unless specifically stated.
• PSL season promotions apply to eligible PSL markets only and are available for the duration stated in the promotion details.

pkr666 does not use bonus offers to manipulate or pressurise players into spending beyond their means. All bonus terms are published clearly before any commitment is made. You are never required to claim a bonus — deposits without bonus selection are always available.

7. Betting Rules & Settlement

The pkr666 betting section covers Cricket (including all PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test series), Football (Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, AFC and other competitions), Esports (CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, PUBG Mobile) and additional sports markets as made available from time to time.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed and no funds have been deducted.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of placing the bet. pkr666 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits in certain circumstances.
• Odds Changes: Odds can change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified before the bet is placed.
• Settlement: Bets are settled using official results from the relevant sporting body. For Cricket, this is the result confirmed by the match officials and the relevant board (PCB for domestic Pakistan matches and PSL). For Football, bets are settled on 90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless stated otherwise.
• Abandoned & Postponed Matches: If a match is abandoned before completion, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined at the point of abandonment. PSL matches abandoned due to weather are treated in the same way.
• Void Bets: pkr666 reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where a market was created incorrectly, or where there is evidence of irregular activity on that market.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are placed in real time. Any bets placed after the relevant event outcome (for example, after a wicket has fallen in Cricket) may be voided at pkr666's discretion if there is a clear delay in the data feed.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. After this period, settled bets cannot be reviewed.

8. Games & Platform Use

The pkr666 Game Lobby includes Slots, Bingo, table games and Live Casino. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return to player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available in the game information panel within each game.

• Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. During any such period, open game sessions are preserved and resumed when the game comes back online unless a technical error has occurred, in which case the round is voided and the stake returned.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

pkr666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms, evidence of prohibited conduct, a failure to complete required verification, or any other reasonable grounds. In cases of suspected fraud or ongoing investigation, the account may be suspended with balance held pending the outcome of the review.

In cases where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms that resulted in financial gain through irregular means, the balance may be forfeited in full. In all other cases of account closure, any verified PKR balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their primary verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you can do so at any time through account settings or by contacting live support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed normally.

Disputes regarding account suspension or closure can be raised by contacting the pkr666 support team. All dispute communications are reviewed and responded to within a reasonable period. pkr666 commits to treating all disputes fairly and transparently.

12. Privacy & Data
